At our meeting with seniors on October 8, 2026, we discussed the challenges associated with this stage of life—such as loneliness and the organization of daily routines—as well as the importance of emotional support from family, friends, and loved ones.

We particularly highlighted the importance of connecting with others who share similar experiences and challenges. It is precisely such gatherings that offer an opportunity for open conversation, mutual understanding, the exchange of experiences, and a sense of belonging.

For sometimes, the most important thing is knowing that we are not alone, that someone understands us, and that we have a space where we can share our thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Together, we are building an environment where experience, dignity, and mutual support are valued, because it is never too late for new friendships, beautiful moments, and a sense of community.
