The meeting discussed the implemented activities under the MyRight BiH support program as well as future activities. Information was also shared about the start of the project "Gender-based violence against persons with disabilities" as well as the activities that the Coalition of OOSI TK will implement in the coming period, concerning the establishment of focus groups and the obligations of the members of the Coalition of OOSI TK to ensure the participation of their members in these events.
The continuation of cooperation and negotiations with the Tuzla Canton Health Insurance Institute on the Special Program for the allocation of electric-motorized wheelchairs was also mentioned, as well as the improvement of the Unified List and the advancement of the exercise of the right to orthopedic and other aids, as well as the proposal of the Coalition of OOSI TK on the introduction of active mechanical wheelchairs to the Unified List of orthopedic and other aids for those users who need these wheelchairs, for the allocation of which, in addition to a medical recommendation, the consent of the Coalition of OOSI TK will be required.
