A regular meeting of the Coalition of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities of the Tuzla Canton was held in the premises of the IC "Lotos" on August 23, 2017. Representatives of the organizations, members of the Coalition, discussed, among other things, the organization of a Press Conference with the aim of continuing advocacy for orthopedic devices within the Campaign #Proud Of Ourselves. Considering the unfavorable result for people with disabilities because the proposals for changes to the Regulation and the List of orthopedic and other aids from sThe Coalition's proposals were not adopted in the previous period, the Coalition of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities of TK wants to draw attention to this and inform the public through the Conference. It was also agreed to hold a Round Table on the Promotion of the Strategy and Local Action Plans in the Field of Disability in the Municipality of Sapna, where a petition of support from citizens for the continuation of the #PonosniNaSebe Campaign will be signed at the same time.
