In the organization I.C. “Lotos” Tuzla, February 3, 2026 at the Hotel Salis in Tuzla, training was held on the topic "Creating a CV and motivation letter" for women with and without disabilities.

The education brought together women with and without disabilities from Tuzla, Maglaj, Sarajevo, Zenica and other cities of the Tuzla Canton. Through practical and interactive work, the participants improved the knowledge and skills necessary for high-quality preparation of resumes and motivational letters, as important steps towards employment and economic empowerment.

The workshop was realized with the support of Caritas BiH, within the project EmpowerHER – Economic inclusion and skills development for women in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which aims to strengthen the employability and socio-economic inclusion of women from vulnerable groups.
