The Interdepartmental Working Group, formed by the Government of Tuzla Canton, prepared an Analysis of the rights and position of children and persons with disabilities, and the Assembly of Tuzla Canton officially adopted this Analysis.

In the recommendations adopted by the Assembly, the key recommendation is the adoption of the Action Plan in the field of disability, as a concrete step towards improving the rights and quality of life of children and persons with disabilities.

Additionally, the Strategy for Improving the Rights and Social Position of Persons with Disabilities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina clearly prescribes the measure by which all cantons in the FBiH are obliged to adopt action plans for the implementation of the Strategy.

Within the framework of the project "Action plan in the field of disability - Tuzla Canton tailored to all its citizens", which is financed by Caritas and implemented by I.C. "Lotos", we continue to advocate systemic solutions and inclusive policies.

Because inclusion is not a privilege - it is a right.
