On the day when we celebrate the rights to dignity and equality of women in society, when we hide our relationship during the rest of the year for a few kisses, a flower or some other gift, I cannot escape from thinking about the position of women with disabilities and the disenfranchisement of every kind that they face every day, regardless of the efforts of themselves and organizations that promote their rights and fight against all forms of discrimination against women with disabilities.

But, as today is the day in which we would like to project the daily desired attitude of society towards women with disabilities, I would not enumerate the difficulties that prevent them from enjoying their rights and recognizing equal opportunities and dignity, but I just want to remind that together we must and can make changes that will mean the improvement of living conditions for women with disabilities and many, many more opportunities that are offered to all members of society every day.

Knowing that today many, many women with disabilities, instead of being happy, somewhere in the depths of their souls will grieve because of the attitude towards them, I want them to understand this congratulation as a message from us, men with disabilities, that they are by no means and will not be alone in the fight for their dignity and the rights that belong to us as human beings and equal members of society.

Many, many beautiful flowers and wishes on the occasion of International Women's Day, but also a lot, a lot of hope that together we will do everything we can, but also ask everyone who can and must do everything to make women with disabilities more equal, to give them more opportunities to live with dignity in the way they choose, but as independent, free and equal members of society and with all the support they need to make their dream come true!!!
