The competition for submission of works for “BOSIFEST 2012″ will be open from March 5th to April 15th, and the selection results will be announced on May 1st, 2012, announce the organizers from “Hendi Center Koloseum”

The competition and review program of the third “BOSIFEST” will be held from 21-23 May 2012 at the Belgrade Youth Center. Films that are not selected for the competition program, but meet the competition requirements, will be shown in the review part of the program. In addition to the awards for best film, direction and screenplay, as in the previous two years, an audience award will also be awarded.

Under this year's slogan "Don't call me special", "BOSIFEST" seeks to highlight the creative work and capabilities of the festival participants, but also to contribute to spreading the message that people with disabilities must have the same rights and obligations as all other members of society. The exceptional attendance and interest of the general public in the country and abroad in the programs of "BOSIFEST" are proof that the existence of this film event is more than justified.

The competition is open to authors of feature and documentary films on the topic of people with disabilities from Serbia and abroad, which contain Serbian or English subtitles. Films cannot be older than five years and must be submitted in DVD format. Along with two copies of the film, the application must include a textual explanation of the film, as well as a short biography of the author.

In addition to the competition for the film program, a competition has also been opened for the accompanying program – workshops that will be held during BOSIFEST 2012 in the Belgrade Youth Center.
