In the beautiful setting of the Sunce hotel in Neum, the IC Lotos team began an internal training on fundraising – because we build the strength of our mission by strengthening our own capacities.

We talked about fundraising strategies, analyzing the donor environment, and creative approaches to sustainability.

We learned, shared experiences, and worked on concrete ideas that will help our further development.

The training is being conducted as part of the project "Strengthening the capacity for independent living of persons with disabilities in BiH," which we are implementing in partnership with STIL from Sweden, with the support of MyRight.
