The project "Increasing the visibility and activism of persons with disabilities in Gradačac" has begun, funded by the City of Gradačac. The project is being implemented by the Information Center for Persons with Disabilities "Lotos" Tuzla.

Our goal is to empower people with disabilities – especially youth and women – to actively participate in social life and advocate for their own rights. We want people with disabilities in Gradačac to be recognized as equal members of society, contributing to collective development with their knowledge and experience.

What can we expect from the project?

– Mapping needs – to have a clear picture of the lives and challenges of people with disabilities in Gradačac.

– Empowerment workshops – education for young people (15–35 years) on terminology and rights according to the UN Convention.

– Promotion and visibility – through media and social networks, we raise the voices of people with disabilities and spread messages of equality.
