Goal 1. Advocating the interests and rights of persons with disabilities
Conduct advocacy activities to ensure that the interests and rights of children, youth, women and adults with disabilities are actively considered by policy and law makers, as well as public services that implement laws.
Goal 2. Protect the rights of persons with disabilities and prevent discrimination and abuse
Protect and enhance the rights of persons with disabilities, as well as prevent discrimination, abuse, neglect and exploitation of persons with disabilities within and outside the family environment.
Goal 3. The right to make decisions and live independently
To work with people with disabilities of all ages and their families, so that people with disabilities can participate equally in community life, make independent decisions based on the right to access information, and develop the skills of self-determination and control of independent living, in order to improve quality of life and personal well-being.
Goal 4. Development of long-term services to support independent living for people with disabilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina
To enable people with disabilities of all ages to live independently in the community, of their choice, within their families or in their own homes, through access to high-quality and professional support services – Personal Assistance Service (PA Service).
Goal 5. Restructuring and strengthening the organization's capacity through effective and accountable management, and development and support for employees
Establish a new structure, management method and work procedures for the purpose of strengthening the integrity and efficiency and effectiveness of operational programs that the organization implements with and for people with disabilities of all age groups, in order to carry out the organization's mission in a responsible and transparent manner and strive to achieve the organization's vision.
