Employing people with disabilities is not a matter of goodwill, but a legal and international obligation. Article 27 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities obliges BiH to actively remove obstacles that prevent the employment of persons with disabilities.

People with disabilities are not asking for special privileges, but for equal opportunities.

It is up to all of us to create conditions, break down prejudices, and be a society that recognizes the value of every person.
