The Joint Conference of the MyRight program's coalitions of organizations of persons with disabilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina took place in Međugorje from September 8 to 10, 2026, bringing together representatives of coalitions and organizations of persons with disabilities from various parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The conference was attended by: Coalition of Persons with Disabilities TK, Coordination Committee of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities of Sarajevo Canton, Coalition of PWDs HNK "Together we are stronger", Coalitions/informal groups of organizations of persons with disabilities in the Doboj region.During the three-day program, the participants exchanged experiences about the work of coalitions, joint activities, achieved results and challenges they face in their work. A special focus is placed on future joint action, the development of cooperation and the possibility of applying joint projects, as well as on analyzing the results of joint work and action within the framework of the MyRight program and other programs of interest to people with disabilities.

One of the topics of the conference was the possibility of using artificial intelligence and other modern tools in the work of associations of people with disabilities, which was presented by Suvad Zahirović.

The program also covered the role of associations in the development of an inclusive society and partnership with government institutions, with special reference to conventions, laws, strategies, declarations and other important mechanisms for the protection and advancement of the rights of persons with disabilities.

The conference represents an important space for the exchange of experiences, connections, strengthening of mutual cooperation and joint action of organizations of persons with disabilities, with the aim of improving the position and realizing the rights of persons with disabilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
