At the Information Center for Persons with Disabilities "Lotos" on May 22, 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of 2nd year students of the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Tuzla, together with Professor Jasmin Salkić. During the meeting, we talked about the work of our organization, the daily challenges faced by persons with disabilities, especially blind and partially sighted persons, as well as the importance of understanding, support and inclusion in society.

Through an open and honest conversation, we shared experiences, examples from everyday life, but also numerous obstacles that people with disabilities still face. Students showed great interest and desire to improve their knowledge and better understand the needs and rights of people with disabilities.

We believe that these kinds of meetings are an important step towards creating a society of equal opportunities, without prejudices and barriers. We thank the students for their visit, attention and pleasant company, and we look forward to future meetings and cooperation.
