Ibrahim Šadić was born on March 7, 1994 in Austria. He is a person with cerebral palsy and throughout his life he faced numerous challenges, especially in the field of education, where he experienced discrimination and lack of adequate support.

Although he did not finish primary education, this did not prevent him from finding his way and actively getting involved in social trends. Through engagement in the Information Center for People with Disabilities "Lotos", Ibrahim got the opportunity to develop his potential and contribute to improving the position of people with disabilities.

He especially emphasizes the importance of personal assistance, which for many people with disabilities represents a key support in everyday life. Personal assistance enables greater independence, freedom of movement and active participation in society - from education and employment to everyday activities.

Without this kind of support, people with disabilities often remain excluded from society and left with limited opportunities. The development and systematic introduction of personal assistance is not only a social measure, but also an important investment in society - because it enables greater inclusion, productivity and a reduction in long-term dependence on the social protection system.

"People with disabilities do not deserve to be confined within four walls. We deserve equality and equity. We have the same rights as all other citizens."

His message clearly indicates the need to build a support system that will enable people with disabilities to live a dignified life and participate equally in all segments of society.
