The network of women with disabilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina successfully implemented the campaign "Our voice for women's rights", strongly advocating equality and inclusion through the project DISC, which is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union.

From December 2024 to the end of March 2025, the Network of Women with Disabilities in BiH implemented the campaign "Our Voice for Women's Rights", which was completed with great success and attracted significant attention across the country. Through this initiative, women with disabilities not only highlighted their rights, but also demonstrated their energy and will for social change. The campaign included a series of strong actions aimed at institutions and organizations, the public and women with disabilities, the aim of which was to lay the foundation for future cooperation, raise awareness of their challenges and actively encourage inclusion and activism. This campaign placed women with disabilities at the center of the fight for women's rights. Women with disabilities are an indispensable part of society and their rights, as well as the right to equality, must be respected and recognized. The campaign has ended, but "Our Voice for Women's Rights" is not just a slogan - it is a call for concrete actions!

The campaign was implemented by the Network of Women with Disabilities at the Union of Disabled Persons' Organizations in BiH through the DISC project, with the support of the European Union, the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and Caritas Slovenia. The DISC project is implemented by Caritas Bosnia and Herzegovina, together with partners: the Association of Parents and Children with Special Needs Vedri osmijeh from Mostar, the Association of the Blind of the Sarajevo Canton, the Union of Disabled Persons' Organizations in BiH and the Association of the Blind of the Republika Srpska. The project runs from February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2027 and is implemented throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of improving the position of persons with disabilities and strengthening the capacities of organizations representing them.
