Dear readers, the new, 140th issue of the "Initiative" magazine is out. We dedicate many pages of this issue to women with disabilities through stories about their rights and opportunities, strength, will and enthusiasm that they radiate in everyday life. In this issue, we bring you an interview with the director of the Center for Social Work Breza, Osman Salkić, as well as an inspiring interview with the director of IC "Lotos", Suvad Zahirović. We also share the problems faced by people with disabilities during the pandemic, with the desire to learn to recognize the importance of joint action with the aim of improving the position of people with disabilities always, and especially in times of special circumstances. There are also texts about health services, the beauty of motherhood and living without prejudice.
