The Coalition of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities of the Tuzla Canton organized a Round Table on the Importance of Understanding Article 24 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on Inclusive Education on November 22, 2018 in the "Dramar" Shopping Center in Tuzla.

The round table was an opportunity for representatives of the Coalition of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities of the Canton of Tuzla, together with other representatives of civil society as well as representatives of line ministries and competent services to learn about the importance of understanding Article 24 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the recommendations and comments of the UN Committee for Monitoring the Implementation of the UN Convention that our country received on the mentioned article.

The round table was attended by 26 participants, the moderator was the president of the Coalition of OOSI TK Suvad Zahirović, and the speakers were Prof. Medira Ćulum, expert associate for preschool and primary education at the Ministry of Education and Science of Tuzla Canton, and psychologist Bojan Šošić.

Also, on November 23, 2018, a meeting of young people with disabilities was held within the OOSI TK Coalition, with the aim of forming a Committee of Young People with Disabilities in the coming period, which will directly participate in advocating for the implementation of Article 24 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the local level.
