A group of fourth-year students of the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Tuzla with assistant Hurma Begić visited the Information Center for People with Disabilities "Lotos" Tuzla on their own initiative on December 16, 2016.

Along with a nice meeting and conversation, they had the opportunity to learn about the work and activities of the organization and the principles that they will advocate in the future in their mission of achieving equal opportunities for people with disabilities.

We were also honored to host Gordana Rajkov, an activist and leader in the disability movement and president of the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities from Serbia. In a pleasant atmosphere, participants had the opportunity to hear about the importance of providing support and their role in improving the situation of persons with disabilities.

They discussed possibilities for future cooperation and creating joint initiatives for a common goal - a fairer society and equal opportunities for people with disabilities.
