On December 5, 2016, the Lotos Information Center for People with Disabilities organized a round table entitled "Application of experiences from the mentoring program for young people with disabilities in order to increase the participation of young people with disabilities in NGO activities, strengthening their business competencies and general participation in the life of the local community".
The results of the nine-month mentoring program, which took place in three cycles and was attended by 12 young people with disabilities, were presented at the round table.
The mentoring program took place within project "Strengthening capacities for independent living in BiH" funded by the Swedish International Development Agency Sida through the Swedish organization for people with disabilities for international cooperation MyRight and the partner organization STIL - Center for Independent Living from Stockholm.
