On Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at the "Pahuljica" hotel on Vlašić, Travnik, the Fourth Forum of the Alliance and Organizations of Persons with Disabilities and other organizations in the movement of persons with disabilities, at the entity and state levels, was held. 

The topic of this Fourth Forum was: "Adequate standard of living and social protection of persons with disabilities in the sense of Article 28 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and strategic documents in the field of disability in Bosnia and Herzegovina".

The keynote speakers for the topic of the Fourth Forum were: Mr. Dobrica Jonjić, Assistant Minister for Labor and Social Policy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Mr. Ljubo Lepir, Assistant Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Srpska.

This Forum was attended by around 30 representatives of the Associations and organizations of persons with disabilities from both BH entities. The organizers of this and previous forums are the Information Center for Persons with Disabilities "Lotos" Tuzla in partnership with the Humanitarian Organization "Partner" from Banja Luka and the Center for Independent Living "Threshold" from Helsinki.
