On the 10th, the International Declaration on Human Rights was adopted, and this day is celebrated throughout the world as International Human Rights Day.
On December 13, 2006, over 590 million people with disabilities around the world had a happy day! The United Nations General Assembly adopted the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The Information Center for Persons with Disabilities "Lotos", in cooperation with other organizations of persons with disabilities and non-governmental organizations engaged in the promotion and protection of human rights, will organize a public campaign on International Human Rights Day, December 10, on the Tuzla Korzo in front of the Centar cinema, starting at 10:30 a.m., to promote human rights as a universal civilizational value that belongs equally to all citizens and which, as an achievement of civilization, we must all protect and fight for.
Dear fellow citizens, we invite you to decorate the human rights tree with your messages or the rights that you have been denied, and for which you want us to fight together, from which the collected messages will remind us of the obligation to preserve what has been achieved and advocate for those rights that have been denied to us.
Activists and volunteers of the Citizens' Association Information Center for Persons with Disabilities "Lotos" and the organizations that will join us will be grateful for the support you have given us!!!!!
