On November 12, 2025, the second meeting of the Working Group for Monitoring and Implementation of the City of Tuzla’s Gender Action Plan (GAP) 2024–2027 was held. The meeting took place at “Favoris” Tuzla and gathered members of the working group — representatives of organizations and institutions contributing to the achievement of GAP goals — as well as representatives of the Information Center for Persons with Disabilities “Lotos” Tuzla.
Discussions focused on various calls, programs, and projects addressing gender-related actions. Special attention was given to women with disabilities, their participation in activities, and their roles in monitoring the implementation of the GAP.
The working group members presented the activities their organizations and institutions are implementing to promote gender equality in the local community. They also exchanged information on achieved results, activity budgeting, preparations for gender-responsive budgeting, and plans for future steps.

The meeting was organized and financially supported by the Information Center for Persons with Disabilities “Lotos” Tuzla within the project “Creating Policies in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Line with Human Rights and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities”, with the support of the European Union in BiH.
